Your dashboard shows workout stats, progress since day 1, and recent activity. Check the "Leaderboard" to see how you rank against friends.
Critical for accurate progress tracking: Always use the same exercise names for each movement. For example, always use "Bench Press" instead of mixing "Bench Press", "Barbell Bench Press", and "Flat Bench Press".
Save time by creating workout templates. After completing a workout, click "Save as Template" to reuse it later.
For accurate progress tracking and scoring, only log your working sets — skip warm-up sets.
Use the "Social" tab to find and add friends, share workouts, send messages, and stay motivated together.
